Typically our prices range from $125 to $425 for Residential. The higher price of the two is for homes well above 2,500 sqft and very filthy. This is in place to give you a general idea of what you will be spending. Not every job is the same. For those homes that are (extremely) large we charge by the hour. (The customer will know & have approved that rate before we get started). This is due to the fact that some customers do not know the square footage of their homes when they explain it over the phone. They are extremely large and don’t want to disclose how filthy the house really is for fear that the price will go sky high. Not to worry. (We don’t do that around here!!!). As a business we mainly concentrate on the commercial and industrial side of things. So the homes we try to make as affordable for our customers as possible. We want every home owner to enjoy a clean and beautiful house!

Mold & Mildew are Nasty elements that are never a good thing when it comes to a home or structure. It can deteriorate the structure by promoting the rotting of wood and the breakdown of other structural materials. Not to mention it is a very unhealthy Spore that can cause illnesses. Keeping regular wash maintenance on your home (aka: investment) lengthens the life of the investment. This drastically reduces the potential expense in the future for structural repair bills that are extremely costly! It’s much healthier for your family as-well!!! (When these Spores are not growing on the side of your house, you’re not breathing them in! And your children are less likely to get their hands on it causing them illnesses! ). Doctor visits aren’t cheap and very inconvenient!
